Tony earned his BS in prosthetics and orthotics from California State University Dominguez Hills with First Class Honors. Tony is an American Board Certified Prosthetist and Clinical Manager for the Lincoln Park and Monroe offices. He is also an Ohio Licensed Prosthetist. Tony has over 15 years of experience in prosthetics with particular expertise in trans-femoral socket design and lower limb prosthetics. After initially attending school in Pittsburgh, PA to be an O&P registered technician, Tony began his career with Wright & Filippis in the lab, building prosthetic and orthotic devices. From there he quickly realized that patient care was his passion and furthered his education to become a certified Prosthetist. Tony has numerous certificates for various advanced prosthetic technologies including microprocessor driven components and elevated vacuum systems. He has also presented educational seminars for medical professionals as well as physical/occupational therapists.
