The Pediatric Prosthetic and Orthotic technology has continued to improve patient outcomes as new products are introduced. The prosthetic industry continues to look for more functional products such as feet, knees, hands and elbows while the Orthotic industry has developed specialized bracing for pediatric patients such as the First ever 3D printed Cranial re-shaping helmet including plagiocephalic-, brachycephalic-, and scaphocephalic for shaping heads. The Orthotic industry is also looking at ways we can scan and develop 3 D printing AFO;s, KAFO’s and Spinal orthosis. American Board Certified (ABC) Prosthetist Orthotist

Matthew Cinader is an American Board Certified (ABC) Prosthetist Orthotist, and has been working in the field since 2018. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Central Michigan University, Matthew attended Eastern Michigan University for his Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Matthew completed both of his residency disciplines with Wright & Filippis. Matthew volunteers in the winter and summer with Michigan Adaptive Sports, and enjoys working with the athletes. When Matthew is not working, he enjoys: hockey, golf, water sports, running, hiking, and biking.
