The prosthetic industry continues to look for more functional products such as feet, knees, hands and elbows while the Orthotic industry has developed specialized bracing for pediatric patients such as the First ever 3D printed Cranial re-shaping helmet including plagiocephalic-, brachycephalic-, and scaphocephalic for shaping heads. I am an ABC Certified Orthotist and have over 30 years’ experience with Wright & Filippis, including eight years working at the Detroit Medical Central Trauma Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Michigan working closely with pediatrics. In addition I have previously managed Wright & Filippis’ Central Fabrication for both Prosthetics and Orthotics before taking on my new role as Corporate Clinical Services Director of Orthotics.
