The prosthetic industry continues to look for more functional products such as feet, knees, hands and elbows while the Orthotic industry has developed specialized bracing for pediatric patients such as the First ever 3D printed Cranial re-shaping helmet including plagiocephalic-, brachycephalic-, and scaphocephalic for shaping heads. The Orthotic industry is also looking at ways we can scan and develop 3 D printing AFO;s, KAFO’s and Spinal orthosis. The Michigan Health & Rehabilitation Conference, hosted by the Filippis Foundation, is an annual conference now going on its 19th year. Each spring, the 1-day conference offers engaging and innovative continuing education programs to ensure that clinicians and healthcare partners are prepared to provide the best care possible. Registration is open to healthcare professionals needing to earn continuing education credits, including nurses, case managers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.

The day is a blend of keynote speakers and breakout sessions as well as a wide variety of industry-relevant exhibitors. Network with colleagues and industry partners, earn up to 6.25 CEU credits, and gain a wealth of knowledge and information as well!
